The whole trip was arranged in couple of hours on Saturday, 24th April 2010, just one day ahead of my trip to India. Customer service representative Mr. Harry was outstanding in his service to finalise the trip. His kind and prompt response, customer desire and timely follow up were really excellent. To add to these, Mr. Anil the driver for Innova car, was also very gentle, kind, supportive and punctual. Now that everything is sorted out, I would just like to thank you for ensuring that everything went so smoothly on our first visit to India, and to say that we had a truly memorable holiday in India.

All the hotels and travel arrangements lived up to expectations, and the guides organised for us at each destination were knowledgeable and friendly.

I would particularly like to mention our driver, Vikram, who was with us for 6 days, and was unfailingly polite, helpful and patient. Also, at the end of our holiday, when our flight was delayed, your representative, Vinod, was invaluable in organising accommodation and transport for us in difficult circumstances.

Many thanks for the organisation of our Rajasthan tour.

Everything worked out well starting with the pickup at airport, the transport, the hotel accommodation and the support from the local representatives and the locally guided tours.

I have recommended "India Tour Packages" to the president of our company in India for further services.

I myself can highly recommend Surendar, our driver - he is a very safe driver, reliable and quiet person. Should I tour India again, I would ask for his services again for sure.

Everything went smoothly on my 3 day Ranthambhore Trip.....didn't see any tigers but enjoyed the safaris & accommodation etc.
Mr Lalit was waiting for me at Delhi Airport & my driver Pikram was a very nice young man.

We would like to send a feedback about our trip with your agency in Gangtok.

First of all we would like to thank you for the very good organization.

Our guide D.K. was professional, punctual and spoke good English; we enjoyed talking with him and learning more about your country.The porters did a good job too and the cook was excellent.

Actually we were not used to trek with so many people in the staff: we had only 10kg luggage each to be carried, so 3 porters plus 3 dzoos looked a bit exagerated.

Anyway we enjoyed a lot this experience in Sikkim!

First of all would like to extend my thanks for all the arrangements and care that was taken. Our trip was most memorable. Would like to highlight some key aspects of the trip:

1. Our driver Kundan was just amazing. His driving was skillful. He was warm and his communication skills were good. When we did encounter or needed his help during our stay he made sure that he did all that he could. Having someone like him on board is definitely an asset to your organisation.

2. Accommodation: The rooms were well maintained. Amenities good. The view was lovely. The food was lip smacking delicious. There was variety every day of our stay and the quality was good. All the service personnel at the resort - from reception, managers, maintenance, housekeeping to the restaurant staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a good experience.

3. Both our guides, Jitendra and Sameen knew what they were talking about and took us through the safari. Elephant Safari was definitely a highlight of the trip. It was available at the resort it was convenient for us and it was well organised.

4. Tanmay who has been my point of contact for this entire package has been most prompt and efficient in addressing all queries and providing me with the information that I need. Definitely job well done!

I will definitely recommend to you to those interested and look forward to doing this again.
