All bookings are managed via our secure London office protocols. A 25% deposit is required to initiate bookings with local luxury heritage partners and transportation providers in India.

3. Professional Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both the traveler and our local Indian artisans:

• 30+ Days: Full refund minus a nominal £50 administration fee.
• 15-29 Days: 50% Refund of the total package value.
• 0-14 Days: Non-refundable due to immediate hotel & logistics commitments.
