01 Agreement of Service

By accessing or booking through indiatourpackages.co.uk, you enter into a binding agreement managed by our UK liaison protocols. All itineraries are bespoke and subject to availability at the time of deposit.

02 Pricing & Sterling Payments

All transactions are processed in GBP (£). While we strive for price stability, we reserve the right to adjust quotes based on significant fluctuations in the INR/GBP exchange rate or Indian GST tax revisions before the final balance is paid.

03 Professional Cancellation Policy

We apply a fair cancellation structure to protect both our UK travelers and our local partners in India:

• 30+ Days before travel: 80% Refund of total package value.
• 15-29 Days before travel: 50% Refund of total package value.
• Under 15 Days: Strictly non-refundable due to pre-paid luxury hotel commitments.

04 Mandatory Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking that every traveler possesses comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and repatriation to the United Kingdom.

05 Passports & Indian e-Visas

British Citizen passport holders require a valid Indian e-Visa. While our experts can provide guidance, the legal responsibility to obtain a visa rests solely with the traveler.
